How it works.

The EnSURE™ Touch is a smart handheld instrument designed for rapid measurement of contamination from bacteria, pathogens, food residues, enzymes, and indicator organisms. Using a simple sampling process, the system detects Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP)—a molecule present in all living or once-living materials—and provides an objective numerical result along with a Pass/Caution/Fail notification for easy interpretation.
